… is the number of days left that i have to go to work before signing off for mat leave. doesnt seem long now before i go an a veeeery long hiatus (last day at work is the morning of the 8th of april – i am off in the afternoon. i wont come back till january 2010!). what made it seem shorter is the fact that i will only go to work 3 and a half days a week. it’s because i have antenatal classes booked, my midwife appointments and of course, my remaining annual leave allotments.
just as well because im getting heavier and more tired each day. not to mention, he kicks and moves like it’s nobody’s business *lol*. cant wait to see my baby g. 8 weeks to go (6 weeks if we’re lucky)! =D

hi gracie! nd sya full pay lahat ha (how i wish!) hehe. 2 months lang dun ang full, tapos 3 months 65% tpos ung 1 month, allowance na lang =D. fortunately, ung december ko, annual leave lahat so full pay na ulit.
pero salary aside, u can take as long as you like. allowed kami up to a year off. un lang gusto ko dito. at least kahit pano, mahaba ung bonding time ng mommy and baby.
Wow, your maternity leave is so long. Kaka-inggit naman. I must have had a minor brain infarct and missed the announcement that baby is a boy. For some reason I was thinking baby is a girl.
